We currently ship to over 200 countries across the globe. While we strive to reach every destination, there may be certain locations we’re unable to service. If your country falls into this category, our team will contact you promptly.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. As third-party shipping providers operate independently, we cannot be held liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to potential customs-related charges.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that in some cases, tracking may not be available depending on the shipping method selected.
TRACKING STATUS NOT UPDATED?
If your tracking shows “No Information Available,” please allow 1–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and tracking still hasn’t updated, please contact us for assistance.

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
